Department of Social Psychology of Personality

The Department of Social Psychology of Personality was established in 1994 at the initiative of Tetiana Mykhailivna Tytarenko (initially as a laboratory), who also headed the research team. Since 2019, the department has been led by Maryna Serhiivna Dvornyk. In 2025, the team came under the leadership of Oksana Valeriivna Kredentser. Oksana Kredentser, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Social Psychology of Personality
She has over 20 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work. Author of 280 scientific publications (h-index – 18), including: 1 monograph and chapters in 7 collective monographs; 1 educational-methodological manual and chapters in 7 textbooks, 4 of which are approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; 7 publications in journals indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases.

• 2009–2011 – Fellow of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Scholarship for Young Scientists
• 2012 – Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine (Order No. 99-k dated March 15, 2012)

She is the founder and leader of the Ukrainian-German charitable project “Socio-psychological support for Ukrainians in Germany” (from April 2022 to October 2024).

Since 2015, she has served as Executive Secretary and Editorial Board Member of the scientific journal Organizational Psychology. Economic Psychology.

She is a practicing organizational psychologist, business trainer, cognitive-behavioral therapist, and university lecturer.

Tetiana Tytarenko

Chief Research Fellow of the Department, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, Full Member (Academician) of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. Honored Educator of Ukraine, Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology.

She has over 50 years of scientific and pedagogical experience. Author of 548 scientific works, including 12 individual monographs, 7 collective monographs (co-authored or under her scientific editorship), 15 textbooks and teaching manuals (co-authored), and 13 methodological and practical manuals. She has also published numerous scholarly articles and materials for pilot testing. She holds 4 certificates of authorship. Her Hirsch index is 42.

Borys Lazorenko, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor, Leading Research Fellow, Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology

He has 44 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work. Author of 141 scientific publications, including one individual monograph, co-authorship in 10 collective monographs of the department, co-authorship in the development and publication of 7 national regulatory documents, and 2 reference books. He is the author of 12 educational programs and specialized courses, and co-author of 21 practical manuals and methodological guidelines. He has published 44 peer-reviewed articles (3 in co-authorship) and 35 pilot-testing materials. He is also the author of a number of scientific-practical workbooks and online webinars. Volodymyr Savinov – Junior Research Fellow

He has 20 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work and is the author of over 80 scientific and methodological publications. His h-index is 11.

He is a practicing psychologist at the Children’s Creativity Center in the Podilskyi District of Kyiv; co-founder and director of the Kyiv Playback Theatre “Déjà vu plus”; Acting Head of the Board of the Kyiv branch of the All-Ukrainian Union of Psychotherapists; social psychologist, trainer, child psychologist, and psychotherapist in the fields of gestalt therapy and psychodrama; co-founder and head of the Playback Theatre Department and honorary member (2024) of the All-Ukrainian Art Therapy Association (Kyiv).

  • Social psychology: Interpersonal interaction in society, the influence of social factors on the human psyche and behavior, and mechanisms of social adaptation.
